1. Shipping Rates and Times

  • Domestic Shipping within United States
    Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
    Expedited shipping: 3-5 business days
    Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items purchased.

  • International Shipping
    We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and times vary by location, and international customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes.
    Standard International Shipping: Typically 3-5 weeks
    Express International Shipping: Typically 1-3 weeks

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your confirmation email. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons or holiday periods, processing times may be extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status using the provided link.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Woven Kulture is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, and such delays are beyond our control.

5. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Woven Kulture is committed to ensuring your products arrive safely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at support@wovenkulturecom.info within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • For lost items, please allow 14 Business days for us to investigate with our shipping courier and find a solution.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and accessible.

  • Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to local regulations or material restrictions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Woven Kulture, we want you to love every handcrafted piece you purchase from us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, our return and exchange policy below outlines your options.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products, such as items with monograms or special alterations, cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets and other jewelry accessories are non refundable, sales are final

  • Sale items, gift cards, and any promotional or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@wovenkulturecom.info with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in its original condition.

  • Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
